3. Shipping and Delivery
•  We ship via to USPS, FED-EX, UPS, and DHL. Times are estimates—we are not responsible for delays from carriers.
•  Risk of loss shifts to you once shipped. Track your order for peace of mind.
•  International orders? You handle customs, duties, and taxes. We are not liable for delays.


4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
•  Ice Tray Bling is highly personalized and style-driven, so returns are limited to unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 7 to 14 days after delivery.
•  Custom pieces? Generally no returns, but if it’s faulty (like manufacturing defects), we’ll fix or replace it.
•  Refunds go back to your original payment method, minus shipping. For exchanges? Customer will handle the return shipping, and we’ll over the cost for the new shipping.
•  No refunds on items that are on sale.

5. Warranties and Limitations
•  We warrant our jewelry against defects in materials/workmanship for up to 30 days from purchase. Proof of purchase is needed.
•  This doesn’t cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from accidents/water/chemicals.
•  We are not liable for indirect damages like lost profits or emotional distress.
•  Our total liability won’t exceed what you paid for the item in question.
